Sure. If Whitewall carries this product, we might be able to add it to our shop. You just need a little patience while we prepare everything. Feel free to contact us via the contact form and we'll take care of it.

How much are the shipping costs for my wall art?

Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. These can vary significantly depending on the country and delivery address.

How long will it take until the postman finally rings the doorbell?

That depends on many factors. Production takes a few days. And so does the postman. So we can only estimate it will take as long as it takes. Why not look forward to it in advance?

How do I care for my artwork?

You can dust your artwork with a lint-free, soft, and dry cloth (e.g., microfiber). To ensure you enjoy your Plushy Photo artwork for a long time, please do not use glass cleaner on our prints that are mounted on a backing board or acrylic glass. Please do not apply pressure when wiping the surfaces.

Find a spot on your wall where your picture is not exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid placing it above a radiator.

Always hang your pictures with two screws or hooks to ensure they hang securely.

Can I cancel my order and return the artwork I ordered?

Unfortunately not. Since your order is individually produced according to your desired configuration, the right of withdrawal is unfortunately excluded and the product or order cannot be returned.

This is regulated by law in § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) regarding the right of withdrawal and return for distance contracts.

TIP: Before placing an order, please make sure that the size and the printing material you have chosen (canvas, photo paper, acrylic glass, framed) are suitable for your home and the place where you want to hang the chosen wall decoration.
